You’ve probably been quite successful at being who others want you to be, and it has some benefits in that it feels safe and comfortable.
It’s a challenge to step out of what feels ‘normal’ to do what feels true for you instead, because it means that those around you might feel puzzled, even betrayed, and you will feel out of your depth and begin to doubt yourself.
Instead of looking for answers externally, a Soul Art® Intensive provides a doorway to your own insights. You’ll tap into deep mind-body wisdom which accesses your own intution to help lead and guide you.
Soul Art® is a unique 5 step process created by Laura Hollick of Soul Art Studio. This approach uses ‘body mapping’ to take you out of your head and into the deeper realm of body and soul to awaken wisdom you didn’t know was there.

Sessions are held on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. They last for approximately 5 hours, with all art materials along with morning & afternoon tea and lunch provided. It’s best to wear loose comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
Soul Art® Intensive

Reconnect with your body and access powerful insights that your inner wisdom needs you to know. This is a full day immersion into your own essence, intuition and creativity. Use this opportunity not to ‘solve’ your problems but to make sense of and integrate your experiences into a life that makes sense.
Soul Art® Workshop
1 x five hour group session (2 to 6 people)
